Marque license terms
These terms explain the Marque trial, lifetime license, and the limits that apply when you use the app.

Trial
You may use every Marque feature free for 14 days. The trial starts on the first Mac where you open Marque. No account or payment method is required to begin the trial.
Lifetime license
A purchase grants one person a license to use Marque on up to three personal Macs. The license does not expire. You may not publish, resell, share, or use the license key to provide Marque to other people.
Your bookmark files
Your Markdown bookmark files remain yours during the trial, after you buy Marque, and if you stop using the app. Marque does not claim ownership of your library or require you to keep an active license to read those files with other tools.
Purchases and refunds
Polar is the merchant of record for Marque purchases and handles payment processing, taxes, receipts, and refunds. Purchases are also subject to Polar's buyer terms. Contact support@marque.to if you need help with a purchase or license.
Updates and availability
We may release fixes, improvements, or compatibility updates. We cannot guarantee that every version of Marque will run on future versions of macOS or that online services used for purchases, license checks, metadata, and software updates will always be available.
Warranty and liability
Marque is provided as available, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, Fortuna E-Services LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Marque. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
